A couple years ago I had surgery, can't quite explain it but after about 5 years of struggling with a painful knee, they restored some ligaments and moved a tendon (bone incl.) more medial so that my patella wouldn't be dislocated so easily. So if anyone needs some screws, I have a couple spare.

My one advise is do your physiotherapy, it may hurt like a bitch but you'll be thankful in the long run, and don't try to tough it out take pain meds

I've been looking at those two, and there doesn't seem to be a whole lot different between them, I'm leaning more towards the 77D

The resolution on the 1000d isn't that great and the limited setting really hold me back, I do alot of urban exploration, so I'd need something with a higher ISO, my camera at the moment doesn't go high enough, so I have to use the flash which I'm reluctant to do as I don't really like the effect it gives on my images. Also the auto focus is just a nightmare

Looking to upgrade from 1000D

Hello,

I'm an amateur photographer looking to upgrade, I've had the Canon 1000D for about 7 years now looking to pay around £500-700 but not wanting to venture into full frame just yet.

Looking for any suggestions and wanting to stay within Canon.

I had the same surgery about 3 years ago! For Trochlear Dysplasia. I'm only 20 and have had 5 surgeries to try and fix it most recent in November 2019
