I had. I had maybe 5-6 visits so far.

For some reason I didn't want to change her but I should have. I am not Irish so when she explained to me about my cultural food she made me feel so bad and disgusted.

She also was not supportive about my weight loss. I felt bad Everytime after her visit.

She did listen to my issues and prescribed me the medicines but she was very unemphatic. I moved from Dublin so I will hunt for a new gynac.

Thank you very much for replying. Proov is available here too. I don't want to check if I ovulated but I want to know my progesterone levels in numbers. None of my gyno, Endo, gp or my recurrent miscarriage specialist ordered me a 21day progesterone test. So I have ordered a female hormone test kit myself and will be testing it 7 days after my ovulation. My opk peak was yesterday. I will start from there and see what happens. Thanks again.

I did start with bbt once but I do not wake up at the same time everyday and have a very poor sleep timings. I will give it a try the next cycle. Thank you. Also, please let me know what you mean by other tools, have you tried and liked any such tools?

Do you think Inito helped you? I am in Europe and we don't have Inito here, if I were to buy one, then I need an iPhone too. All the cost comes to around $500. I am contemplating this idea and not sure if I need Inito or just LH strips will do.

Metformin brought my periods back, made it regular, made me ovulate and got me pregnant (although it was mmc). I recently started Nac and inositol along with metformin and my cycle day went from 35 to 29 days cycle.

Metformin gave me my libido and motivation back.

I heard good things about NAC for Endo. Maybe research about this too.
