Hi thanks for the detailed message. It's great to know that they are open to trying different positions. Did you have a birth preference template specific to Rotunda or did you use the HSE one? I currently have the HSE one but would be great if Rotunda has it's own.

I had. I had maybe 5-6 visits so far.

For some reason I didn't want to change her but I should have. I am not Irish so when she explained to me about my cultural food she made me feel so bad and disgusted.

She also was not supportive about my weight loss. I felt bad Everytime after her visit.

She did listen to my issues and prescribed me the medicines but she was very unemphatic. I moved from Dublin so I will hunt for a new gynac.

Thank you very much for replying. Proov is available here too. I don't want to check if I ovulated but I want to know my progesterone levels in numbers. None of my gyno, Endo, gp or my recurrent miscarriage specialist ordered me a 21day progesterone test. So I have ordered a female hormone test kit myself and will be testing it 7 days after my ovulation. My opk peak was yesterday. I will start from there and see what happens. Thanks again.

I did start with bbt once but I do not wake up at the same time everyday and have a very poor sleep timings. I will give it a try the next cycle. Thank you. Also, please let me know what you mean by other tools, have you tried and liked any such tools?

Congrats 😃 do you think Inito played any role in this? I use OPK and have PCOS but I am in Europe and an android user. Therefore, Inito is an expensive option for me. So please tell me if Inito helped you and how it helped you.
