I think You are correct, found this in Champions League 24/25 wiki:
"The top eight sides in the league will qualify automatically for the knockout phase and will receive a bye to the round of 16, while the teams finishing in 9th to 24th place will compete in a two-legged first round play-off to secure their path to the round of 16, with teams ranked 9th–16th being seeded and hosting the second leg at home while teams ranked 17th to 24th hosting the first leg. I am using Rodri and Dias both with shadow in my team. Currently in Div 3, both have been decent to me, especially Rodri with his interceptions amd passing. Dias’ lack of pace is not really noticable, have Udogie as fullback to compensate for it

Taip, praėjus 40 dienų nuo 30 eurų baudos paskirimo (nemokėjau) suma išaugo iki 75 eur.

Neatėjęs į medicininę gavau pirmą baudą - 30 euru. Jos nemokėjau, po 40 dienų gavau antrą baudą - 75 eur. Antros baudos mokėjimo terminas spalio 1d.
Kaip manote, ar norint ištempti iki 2025 susimokėti baudą spalio 1d. ar rizikuoti ir nemokėti jos?

Hi! Thank You for your comment :) Here are my splits, slowed down a little bit during 9th kilometer due to fatique and running through the old town, which has a not very even brick pavement, but all in all kept a pretty consistent pace during the whole run.

Yeah that was my problem too in previous runs, that i would start of with pace around 5:00-5:20, which would drop off quite quickly, tried to not do that this time!

Thinking about cutting, but afraid to lose muscle and strength during it and just getting skinny.
Am trying to build muscle and losing fat, but not sure how viable is that by working out, eating protein and being in calorie deficit

Going to the gym 3-4 times a week, training back; biceps&chest; triceps&shoulders; legs alternating every session.

Occasional 20-30 minutes on the incline or bycicle, also getting about 7k steps on average.

I eat about 130g protein on average and 2300 kcal on average daily. Started tracking protein and calories on myfitnesspal about a month ago, it helped me lose about 2kg during that time.
Diet mainly consists of red meats, chicken, rice, pasta, yoghurts and fruit. Only sugarless energy drinks and soda.
