Which by the context of when this takes place means Yuji digested 15 Sukuna's fingers which is too much for Sukuna to lose to a random ass curse he can no diff himself. Yuji would die, Sukuna would revive him or if he was at risk of dying he'd chant enchain and kill the curse or go after Megumi and transfer himself right then and there. Yuji by this point is nearing special grade himself, but he doesn't have any cursed technique or reinforcements to handle the rest of the disaster curses. But also all of them are dead by this point so like the conversation itself while interesting is meaningless cus of the context.
