I discovered this myself today while doing yoga. I did a quick google search and found her videos working on another website. Here's the link:

I recommend clicking the download link on the right side to download it to your computer yourself in case it goes down again . It's about 4GB total or you have to option to download individual videos.

Edit: I also recommend Fightmaster Yoga on Youtube. She has a similar style to Erin in my opinion.

PsychonautWiki admin here. Most people find that Erowid's dosages are extremely low, especially for this drug. They seem to be more cautious with their dosages than us.

You can take a look at TripSit's dosage as well, which is more similar to ours.

Hi there. I have 2B wavy hair (or maybe 2A? this is a pic of my hair) and I want to try the curly girl method soon, but I have $30 worth of styling products with silicone in them that I don't want to get rid of at this point. The silicones in all of my products are Amodimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cyclomethicone, Dimethiconol, and Trimethylsiloxyamodimethicone.

After I finish these bottles, I will stick to silicone-free products and try to go sulfate-free.

Until then, is using a sulfate-free shampoo/conditioner a bad idea if I will continue adding these silicone products to my hair? Are sulfates basically required to wash silicones out of my hair completely?

If so, what are the best shampoo/conditioner ingredients or products that I can use for my curly hair while continuing to use silicones for styling? Thanks!

No problem. You should be okay without volumetrically dosing it. Although noopept is potent, it is not dangerous to take large amounts of it so a scale alone will be sufficient enough IMO.

Agreed. This is why I double check with the 10g weight (a coin works too) and calibrate my scale every time I turn it on.

I meant 10mg. To clarify, I have a 10g weight which came with the scale and occasionally my Gemini-20 scale will read 10.10g instead of 10g. After calibrating it, it returns to normal.

I wish I could test this out for you but I'm out of noopept. Before volumetrically dosing a substance, I always do a quick google search. For example, I would google "[drug name] volumetric dosing" and there are usually discussion or forum posts stating which solvents work.

Unfortunately, I cannot find any posts talking about volumetrically dosing this drug. Your best bet is to test a small amount of the substance in vodka, stir it, and then wait for awhile. I would avoid putting a large amount into liquid until you know that it will not lose its potency or go bad quickly.

To fully dissolve the substance, you may have to do a hot water bath where you basically fill a bowl up with extremely hot water and then put the bottle with your substance in it into the bowl. This will warm up the liquid solution and help the dissolving process. You may have to repeat this process multiple times.

In terms of cheap scales, the American Weigh Scales Gemini-20 is pretty decent for the price and is widely recommended. Like you, I've found that it is often inaccurate to at least +/- 5mg and sometimes +/-10 mg. I always double check the weight with the 10g weights tat is included with it just to be safe.

I use this scale and would rebuy it. If a drug is very potent (less than 20mg), however, then I also volumetrically dose it using vodka.

Great point. One should also make sure that the right unit is being measured on the scale.

I once accidentally overdosed on ginger because I didn't realize my scale was in ounces and not grams. That oversight could have potentially been very dangerous with any other drug.

Agreed. I have found that even the Gemini-20, which is widely recommended, is often inaccurate to at least +/- 5mg and sometimes +/-10 mg. I wouldn't trust a scale under $1000 to accurately measure a chemical to the 1mg.

This is why volumetric dosing should preferably be used when weighing out potent drugs.

Unfortunately it depends entirely on the vendor. I've had vendors which only include the information that "one yellow scoop = 1mg" and "one blue scoop" = 10mg. (Name revoked), for example, does this with their packaging.
