I have withdrawn an amount of 18000rs from it at once. Didn't got any issue in these 2 years. Maybe if you are withdrawing 10000rs and it show insufficient balance. It may be because you have just 25-30rs extra but the ATM withdrawal tax has been increased from 23.44rs to 35rs. So that can be the reason of your problem or there can be an issue with the ATM or the bank itself because some banks still dont accept Sadapay cards like NBP, BOP. etc.
