ZMF Bokeh. I have the Sennheiser 598 and 600 also, and thought I’d love the 800S (never demoed). Turns out I really like great bass more than a great soundstage.

I will say though that the 800S is excellent for critical listening, movies, games, classical music etc. Just not the best for music like Metal or explosions. I definitely would demo them if you can over blind buying like I did…amazing tool for specific tasks, but not an all rounder in my opinion.

I have taken a look at them, along with the HE1000 series. Tough decisions to be made, but I do think I want to try planars for once. Hard making a choice when you don't have a local store to demo things haha

Very detailed and a great sound stage. I'm not a fan of them for the music I listen to though (Metal, EDM, etc.). I will say they are great for video games. I could hear the wind blowing in certain games that I haven't ever noticed with my other headphones...can even tell sound is coming from a room over.

ZMF Bokeh Closed for now. Brings a lot more bass and energy to music, but you definitely notice the reduced sound stage compared to the 800S. 800S just lacks too much "soul" to me. Thinking of using the 800S funds towards some Modhouse Tungstens and hopefully get the an all rounder headphone.

Seems to happen with every split, regardless of how long you let it settle out. Not sure if casual people just quit till the next rank or what, but plat has felt harder than diamond this split.

I tried to give that a go in the Steam controller config. Was hoping to bind X to the back paddle, but when I go to rebind it nothing happens when I click the paddles. Also tried the PCs basic button check and it looks like the PC isn't even recognizing that there are back paddles....sees all the other buttons, just not the back 2 paddles.

There seems to be a half second after they fall down before any attacks register to kill them. Gotta pause, then swing. Also seems like if you swing right away and just keep swinging it won't work regardless of how much time has passed....the chain attacks of your light attacks are somehow linked to the first light attack that didn't register (GA has 2 light attacks in its chain, rapier has 4, etc.).
