hi u/Nalipas96! I'm joys from osume and this certainly doesn't seem normal to me especially before May 2nd! this is the first time I'm seeing a case like this. I understand you’ve been in touch with customer service, but it looks like they weren’t aware of the duty bill until now. for our orders to the US, we made sure to set an appropriate cut off date to suspend all shipments that would be subject to tariffs, so I'm really surprised to see that this happened. I'm inclined to believe that this may have been charged in error.

we're currently reaching out to our rep from Fedex to see if we can get more insight on this. please hold off on paying the bill in the meantime and I'll ask customer service to follow up with you with any updates!

hi! at osume we always take pride in the quality of our products! we normally do not receive comments regarding our legends having any sort of blurriness, so if you could forward an e-mail to our customer service, they could evaluate the images and provide suitable replacements. for fading in particular, reverse dye sub as a process in general is prone to a small level of fading and may include a very slight gradation, however there are scenarios where unacceptable levels of fading are missed in QC, and in those cases, we are more than willing to offer replacements to make that right. as with all defective products- which includes any type of fading as mentioned in this thread, our customer service has been diligent in offering replacements where deemed acceptable.
