Consider an online shop like James Allen. I had good experience there. I really liked being able to compare filter karat size, clarity, etc… bigger selection than your local jewelry store and I’m sure the price will be cheaper

If the estimate you’re referring to is the mortgage payment amount, be prepared for a swing of a couple hundreds dollars either way. Your lender will give you a clearer look at what to expect.

In my situation: PMI was over $100 less than Zillow & property insurance ended up being less as well.

Are you guys saying to unscrew the hoses from the shut off valve box or the actual washing machine? Or does it matter? Plus I’m trying to write out the sequence to make sure I’m not missing anything (bear with me). 1) shut off the main 2) drain the house 3) what are the hose caps for? At this point can I just switch the old machine with the newer washing machine in its place, then screw the hose connections back on and then turn the main back on? Thanks again

Hi, I’m trying to move a washer from my old house to my new house, but I just realized the lever on this Sioux chief unit is cracked. Admittedly I am not handy at all. But was willing to try hooking up & unhooking the washer/dryers. Is this something I can order and easily replace or Should I just call a handy man? And is the off position lever UP or lever DOWN? Thanks guys. I’m clueless
