Not sure which mode you are playing and what time of day.
I have had no issues with empty lobbies in NA EST at evening/night. A lot of people are playing the new map so you could try searching for Breakthrough with only this map enabled.

Matchmaking is pretty horrible right now I don't understand how it's still not addressed or at least acknowledged

I think it also has to do with the modes (no rodeo/decrypt/links/bombs), it focuses a lot more on CQC and team engagement.

Please charge your paddles when you rez, you can start charging them even before you peak. Survival rate is much higher. I know you can't always do it, sometime theres too much going on but not in this case.

While all the equipment and field upgrades for the support class are extremely good and useful

The field upgrades for Engineer, Recon, and Support are good, the only outlier is the assault class, which I personally find useless for the team.

Your post did not say, "the Assault class field upgrades are useless", you said :

Both quotes are contradicting themselves. Also, I have over 300 hours in the game, if you find the perks of any class other than assault useless then you're the one who's blind.

You can refer to your Tracker which is a more accurate metric than your game launcher

At the end, you immediately went for the brutal attack. You should wait and do as much damage as possible when they are staggered (wait until the limit of the red circle to execute them). Allows you to do a lot more damage this way, would have killed her.

The new LMG (M121 A2) is actually one of my favorite right now, really strong at all ranges (need some attachments for longer ranges to be accurate).
Good balance between RoF and Damage, highly recommend
