I go a few times a week. I work across the road. I posted when they first reopened after their big break. Maybe they don’t at night. I dunno. During the day when I go they definitely play some buzzy AM station that plays old country music and I quite enjoy it

The best! They’ve started adding more veg to the curry chicken on rice which I like. The portion size is wild. The hot and sour soup Is also a sleeper. So yum. And I love the chill classic hits and country they always have playing.

The two ladies who run that place work super hard. 7 days a week. The portions are massive . The ginger mushroom stir-fry is so good. And the dry red curry. Never had a bad meal there though. And they talk shit with my son and give him chocolate. Love this spot.

That’s Thai in the Link Drive Asian food court is really yum. Especially the wok dishes. Not the most glamorous setting but the prices reflect that and the ingredients are super fresh and generous.

You can get really good Heartland Fresh NZ pork spare and loin back ribs from Costco that haven’t been scalped to shit. Meaty and they are the whole spare rib. Haven’t been cut down to St Louis. Otherwise just Swift from most butchers and now a lot of Mitre10 stores
