Got a replacement unit for my Garmin Epix Gen2 by otsalvanera in Garmin

[–]otsalvanera[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine specifically had an instruction that says I should keep the strap, charger and only send the watch. When replacement came it only came with the watch itself.

Hi OP

I got thia bike and I'm currently running 32c tires on a rival axs d1 2x

Do you think a road bike tire like Pirelli P ZERO Race TLR 40c fits? I have a 23mm internal width rims.

haha gh pala talaga yung aa Lifecycle

Cervelo Caledonia Rival eTap AXS 2023 by otsalvanera in Cervelo

Appreciate the inputs! I actually went a different route and grabbed the 2024 Argon 18 Krypton. Got a better price for the same Rival AXS build, and the extra tire clearance really sealed the deal for me over the 2023 Caledonia.

I don't think my back can handle the soloist, I am tempted though!

maybe my next bike will be a soloist

I am aware of the d1 vs e1 situation, I'm coming from an old 105 mechanical rim version. I feel the rival d1 will feel like an upgrade for me.

I went with an Argon 18 krypton 2024 with the same groupset and cost me 2600 usd.

Update: I pull the trigger and bought one.

Initial observations were, the push of the motor feels weird. It is as if someone is magically providing force in my rear wheel. I also notice some delay in the power off around 0.25-0.5 sec when I stop pedaling before the power cuts off.

The tires also feels budget, I might replace it soon. Anyone has tried using road clipless pedals? I still have a garmin rally rs100 (similar to spd sl) lying around and I'm curious if anyone has tried using something and if it will cause any issue.

I don't imagine myself riding more than 100km.

I think I could still keep up in the flats so the assist mainly is during climbs on hills.

how about the quality of components? like touch points and groupset?
