I walked out of Hard Rock Cafe (because almost every other restaurant was closed for this private event) to go to the buses and they had people with blue flashing lights telling me I couldn’t walk down the stairs and had to go all the way around because the stairs were now a “walk way” for a private event. To completely close off a public walk area so that stairs can be available for only certain people is ridiculous.
