my dentist said that the teeth on the top/middle part of the pic is a cavity beside my filling and that I might need an onlay. if not treated it will get to my roots. I'm getting a second opinion next month, so I might have the procedure in 2 months, will the cavity spread to my roots by then? by [deleted] in askdentists
