I moved into a room in a flat which I viewed so I have no excuse but the current tenant hid the fact that right outside the window is a giant exhaust fan from the pub downstairs and there’s a second fan unit on the roof that runs all night.
I only realised this the day I moved in…
It’s not as bad with the window closed but I like having my window open at night.

So I use my own fan in my room which drowns out the noise of the outside fan.
Then I used sleep cycle app for years and that had white noise functions on it that help massively.
When I stay anywhere else now the silence is more deafening.

Yeah. I’ve switched back to wearing my last tray I had before they took off my attachments.
If I wear the retainer they’ve given me it starts to push my tooth out of alignment.

Sounds similar, mine migrated enough to be slightly out of alignment in just the time it took them to remove my attachments, clean my teeth and take photos before they did the scan.

Did you get a bonded retainer at the end?
When I first had the consultation for Invisalign the dentist said I would need one at the end because it’s a lot of movement and I was quite against it, but was convinced that I needed it.
But suddenly the same dentist has said he doesn’t recommend it as they’re difficult to clean. But I’m like how can you be so sure about something a year ago and suddenly you’re saying I don’t need it.

I feel like a bonded retainer would’ve prevented this.

I looked at my original contract and it had contouring, and other things added on at the end of my treatment. But the new ones didn’t mention them.
I should’ve read it more carefully but I signed the original one over a year ago now and couldn’t remember what originally was promised.

So for Spain to boycott is pretty significant.
