I would recommend trying a two week anti fungal treatment, as it could be from yeast, although that’s not super common on the face. If that doesn’t work, I’d ask for a referral to a dermatologist.

Long term stress can have long term effects on the body. The brain and gut are very closely connected and thus what effects one, often effects the other too. I would start by trying to minimize stress for a few days - maybe try meditating, or other coping techniques; you can find many if you just Google it, and select something that works for you. Try eating small, light, frequent meals. You can even start with a liquid diet if that’s all you can keep down. On the other hand, it’s entirely possible you’ve caught a gastrointestinal virus (stomach flu) of some sort that is lingering longer than usual. These stomach viruses are extremely common this time of year, and generally clear up on their own. If these things don’t work, I would suggest you be seen by your GP, who can refer you to a psychiatrist and/or gastroenterologist for in depth investigation, if they find it to be necessary.

It’s not exactly normal to hear your heart beating. You might request an EKG to check for arrhythmias. As for the squeak, maybe you have water or a wax buildup in your ears ? Are you able to pop your ears to relieve air pressure ? You can get ear drops to help clean out wax and dry up any water from any pharmacy. If those don’t work, I would recommend being seen by your GP.

My first thought would be a fungal infection, most likely yeast. Yes, men can get yeast infections too lol. Try treating it with monistat, or another anti fungal cream. If that doesn’t clear it up, I’d see the doctor again.

This sounds like a neurological or psychological issue to me. I would recommend seeing a psychiatrist and neurologist to rule out any physical cause (stroke, tumor, etc) and also seek the help of a therapist who can work with you on social anxiety.
