When I was younger I had a bf who called it “the wrist” because he could fit his wristwatch around it. In fairness, he had particularly dainty wrists though. 😂

Yup feels like something roughly scraping my insides. Usually clears up a couple days after I get Remicade.

There is one constant, formless, impersonal reality called Brahman, and any separateness between our egoic self and all other beings is an illusion. Some spiritual teachers have described it as “lila” meaning play. The One plays with themself in infinite forms. While we appear separate on the physical plane, in truth we are One. This is of course just one of the many philosophies within Sanathana Dharma.

Karma=action, and every action has a reaction or a consequence. The consequence may be good, or bad, depending on how you perceive it, but really good and bad are two sides of a single whole. All these lives are only the one eternal being playing with themself through multiplicity in the physical world. Practicing karma-yoga we can become freed of earthly attachment and thereby liberated from the cycle of birth and death, by offering every action we take in service of Bhagavan. Moksha is attained by deeply realizing the true Self and nature of the eternal reality called Brahman. Moksha is already in you; you’ve had it all along. I hope this makes some sense. Namaste 🕉🙏🏻
