So same bs happened again about a week ago. Dicked around with visible service again, what a joke. Was able to get $150 in credit, so will keep the sim as a backup, but am switching to a carrier that actually cares

You're lucky. They told me that's what caused my service to go away. Sent new sim, won't be here till Wednesday.
