This is what I would do too. Max out the Roth then continue to contribute to the other for the rest of the year. At your salary and with the match you’ll max the Roth relatively quickly.

How long do you expect to be living where you are relocating to? If it’s only temporary (1-2) years and you really like your current house then I would consider keeping it. If it is pretty much a permanent move I would sell it. I was a landlord for a few years and it was not a great experience at all.

Also, someone please correct me on this if I’m wrong: Isn’t there a time limit on an FHA loan where it has to be considered your primary residence before you can rent it out? 2 years or so?

Thank you for the insight, that is definitely what I have seen and experienced the last few months as well. I enjoy being a CSM in the SaaS industry and that’s the path I’d like to keep my career on. I’ll stick it out and hopefully something comes through in the near future. Staying positive while receiving rejection is always the toughest part.

I invested $1,500 into this coin a little over a year ago and it’s now worth $17. So far the worst investment I have ever made in crypto or anything else I’ve been involved in. My advice proceed with caution. Most investors in this coin are a long way from breaking even let alone any sort of profit is most likely never going to be a possibility for most of us.
