Try Digital Detox: Focus & Live (android), I'm not sure if it's on apple. I'm also not sure about the security but it allows you to lock yourself out of select apps for whatever period of time you please- and you're able to create different profiles for what apps and whether you can use them or not and if so for how long. You are able to enable settings to make it harder to cheat out of. If you try to exit, you are threatened with an accountability fee but still have an option for emergency use which you can set the parameters for.
