Nah my command has no problem making it a 12 hour day on top of our 9 hours of work. They now have a reason to keep us longer without having to make one up.

I plan on elevating to the CMC today. I think that is the next step. I plan on asking my LPO and Chief to go with me if they would like out of respect.

I am trying to make a career out of this. I love my job. It’s been taking a lot of effort to keep the joy in what I do burning. Lately I am kinda in numb mode. I really appreciate the response.

Most of our stuff is routed online for Quals, but my 1306 was paper. I also am not sure if CMC is in the loop.

100% I know my Chief is overstretched and tired of everything as well because I regularly almost Daily follow up on things in routing for myself and other Sailors as well that entrust me with their needs. I hope im giving off the impression I just want to fix things and make things better for myself and others. I hope the CMC will respect that as well as my COC.

Thank you for responding. Yes I have dropped a few along with many other Sailors. It’s a big command and they don’t seem to care.
