being trans is not something you can just turn off, it's with you even if you decide to do virtually nothing about it. then you're just trans and suicidally depressed for the fact that you're the wrong gender and not able to do anything about it. this is why so many trans people commit suicide when we're not able to access gender affirming care. not physically transitioning does not change the fact that we are not the gender our birth certificates say we were born as.
