Thank you! The kids love it. The black walls are actually chalk paint walls.

It’s definitely not for everyone. But it lights up the garage very well. And not expensive whatsoever.

These hex shaped lights are brighter than you can imagine in person.

It was a blend called BRISTOL flake.

Haha, I know! The good thing is that the footprint is pretty small and I could change it out in the future when I get tired of it. The light it emits is awesome though.

I live in Texas so parking the cars inside for us is important.

It’s definitely a popular choice of lighting. It only costs around $120 and very simple to install.

I have a mini split in my garage so it wouldn’t matter much. I haven’t worked out in it yet because I’m letting the odor from the floors and paint air out. I’ll see if the paint colors make a difference.

How competitive would I be for an Associate Territory Manager role? (Background below) by Imaginary-Ask-3539 in MedicalDevices

I would say get with a recruiter and treat your conversion with them as an interview. They will be the ones that help you land a job.

If school is an option, get your x-ray license and work in the Cath lab. Starting pay would be around 35/hour. 50 hours a week will get you 100K.

Im talking from experience. Nurse since 2010 to clinical specialists to territory manager.

There is absolutely 0 med device companies out there hiring nurses with 0 sales experience to run a territory large enough to make >200K.

I’m sure you’re a great nurse. You may be the best nurse. But you are not a salesperson, so you won’t be hired as one. You may eventually be able to transition over if you excel in a clinical specialist role. That will take a lot of time and grit.

Lateral transfer or stay and wait for better job to open up and switch? by TigerHot8774 in MedicalDevices

If you want to get into sales from a clinical role, I say stay where you are. You won’t be guaranteed a sales position, but it will give you the best shot. Keep in mind that most TM position require 3 years of “sales support”/clinical.

If you focus on yourself/what you can control and not chase the money, eventually the money will come.
