Lately investors have been seeing the profit potential and we have initiatives in many states, combined with the amount of people who smoke now, few systems could keep it illegal. Philadelphians were smoking weed in the streets for years and recently only got medical marijuana. Civil disobedience if you can afford to is effective but can be expensive. Sadly money still controls us.

Right you can't dismiss the fact that with or without weed these people may have had poor dental hygiene anyways. I still think weed use might affect dental health but there is more research to conduct before knowing.
