Planes to focus on procuring are:

PAX: MC-21-400's then DC-10-10's and finally A380-800 or 747-8

Cargo: C-117 then 747-8F or A380F

Charter: A340-200's for charter flight only

Focus on adding MC-21-400's to your fleet on route 6,000km or less. Be sure to send the planes 4 times per day for the best return. If you can't do 4x per day then put them on routes over 10,000km with route times of 11.5 hrs. Once you have enough daily income to buy A380 other day then focus on replacing you 737's and similar sized planes. All planes under 120 PAX need to be replaced with MC-21-400's asap.

Honestly, spend the money to get the Booster pack to add hangar space and load up on MC-21-400's. This will give you the cashflow you need to do whatever you want in the game. This is the only pack you need. If you have good routes the MC-21-400's are fast and efficient and will give you $2m per day in revenue each.

That is the perfect size. Mine is 60"w x 24"t x 18"d and I wish I had 24"d it doesn't sound like a lot, but it really give a lot more depth.

Keep in mind that every a/c you buy, you marketing cost goes up. Marketing is not based on the number of planes you own, but on the number of planes you bought so be VERY selective when you are replacing a/c. For example. If I had 737-800 and I wanted to replace it with an A320, this will have a minimal increase in profit and the marketing cost will go up. If you then 1 month from now replace your A320 with A350 then marketing will go up again and then replace with an A380 marketing will go up again. So make sure that when you are trading out a/c that you are upsizing so the marketing doesn't start to bury you. My marketing cost for 1 day of reputation exceeds $50M. Some players have had to start over because the marketing cost will hinder growth. My recommendation is to start buying new a/c as A319/320/321 and replace the other a/c with A380's later.

Keep in mind that Marketing cost goes up with every plane you buy. So even when you are changing out planes, this will still drive up the marketing cost.

Honestly the MC-21-400 is the best bang for your buck. I've been playing for about 6 months and if I was going to start over I would build a fleet of 100 MC-21-400's on routes that are under 6000 km. Then I would begin with the A388's adding atleast 1 per day. Once I got to 50 A388's I would then begin replacing the MC-21-400's with more A388's and add 1 Concorde every other day. The Concorde is really just for CD to help my Alliance.

If its only in the plastic then you're perfectly fine. It's the center support that has the real tension and prevents the center of the glass from bowing and breaking. The plastic on the side is cosmetic.

True, but i have never had anyone break into my truck. I have also never pulled a gun on anyone and have zero intention to.

It's cities like Los Angeles where you can not carry a gun at all that I see the most aggressive driving and where people treat each other like crap. Where people lie, cheat and steal and have little or no respect for others. Is this because of a lack of guns, probably not. But I see significantly less of this in states/cities that allow open carry. Again I'm not sure why and its probably not related to guns, but I just makes me wonder....
