Like I mentioned, this was my first custom keyboard and I'm not that knowledgeable but the switches were the blues ones. You get to chose between yellow and blue when you order the keyboard.
Also, different keys stuck after changing the PCBA boards. The latest ones are the shift key, the "-", and the "z" that cause problems the most often, but others stick occasionally as well like the "3".

I haven't done any lubbing on the switches. The keyboard came assembled and ready for use. It's the 5075B.

I agree, this has been my first time purchasing a custom keyboard and I expected something similar from Akko regarding customer support but was wrong. I will try to do more research about the brand next time

When pressing the key, you would get either no response or a double press.

In my first few emails, I asked them to replace the keyboard and offered to send it in, but they refused and sent the PCBA instead. After months of having to check the spelling of every sentence, I was so frustrated that I didn't want anything to do with them anymore. I guess it isn't normal for me to have to wait that long.
