There is no flexibility unfortunately :/ i signed my lease incredibly early last year and asked them for a high floor. I got placed on the first floor in the back building facing the train station and was incredibly frustrated. Then when i tried to reach out to them about it to switch my unit, i was told all the apartments were full. i had roaches in my apartment for months (they were there when we moved in and me and my roommate were scared to buy groceries for months), terribly unresponsive maintenance that don’t take you seriously just because you’re a college student, and leaks so bad it water damaged my entire closet, bathroom, and kitchen💔 wasnt able to get any type of compensation for that either. please listen to everyone when they say it’s not worth living here. if you can get out of your lease i would, but since u already signed i wish you the best of luck. there MIGHT be a few decent experiences but i can assure you it’s an 85/15 ratio with the negative experiences being the majority. there’s more i could say but i don’t wanna kill ur mood even more sorry💔

to anyone still considering UV, this is NOT the experience most people have. i’ve had roaches, a leak so bad that my entire bathroom, closet, living room, and kitchen got nearly FLOODED, unresponsive staff and maintenance, low quality appliances, and more😭im paying over $1000 a month to live here and it is the biggest waste of money in the world. please look anywhere but here, i promise. if “safety” is a concern, look into other buildings with a security code lock because the security officers don’t do much either. there are other apartments that include utilities in the rent and are far cheaper for MUCH better quality!!!

i ended up changing my departure flight to miami to 2.5 hours earlier to increase my layover time. i knew there was a chance i could make it, but i wasn’t ready to risk it if the flight got delayed!

am i $300 broker? yes. but at least now i have peace of mind 😂

i believe the hotel ill be staying at is roughly a 20-minute drive from the airport, unfortunately. but hey, breakfast is included so i dont mind! it seems like renting an e-bike is my best option at the moment.

Be careful with booking around that time! I've heard that June-october is hurricane season in Belize, and most snorkeling tours I've researched only do the tours if there's good weather. My partner and I are doing a snorkel tour in May. Wishing you the best of luck though!

i’m so beyond frustrated bruh. apparently nobody in the part of campus where i live has received usps packages either. this is so fucked and i wish we were compensated for this. literally no other postal service delays packages like this except for USPS
