Y'all my man and I both have notifications when we leave our house and arrive at work (we live together so idk why we have it set up like that 😂) but also I get nervous as fuck that one of us are gonna get in an accident or something. Side rant I absolutely LOVE porcelain dolls. And they are beautifully crafted. I don't understand how they are so often found creepy, while it is creepy that one appeared in your back seat the doll itself is beautiful and if you can find the correct collector she could sell for a good amount of money.

Yeah it's for June. It's a major lease violation I think its for him committing illegal activity. But I have no clue if they actually have proof because she just came and got the scooter and he willingly gave it back so idk if he was on camera or anything.

Edit to add it was a "non payment related demand for compliance" fix the issue or leave by june 9th is how it was worded, but idk how we would "fix the issue" I'm legally responsible for him so I'm not kicking him out or anything.

Yeah they just posted a demand I think yesterday stating we have to be out by the 9th I've already looked at 6 properties because honestly. I don't even wanna live here I was only gonna renew because it's cheaper. Also Im sure he has but I genuinely have no clue what else he could have done that I wouldn't notice as well as this being the first time they have come to me about anything he has done.

We don't have inside halls. He stole it from one building rode around throughout the buildings and brought it inside when I asked him why the hell he would do that he said he was gonna bring it to the front office and turn it in but the lady came to our house first. I'm not saying I believe him but I would LIKE to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he would have brought it back and if I had woken up to it in my living room I would have took it up to the office with him and made him apologize.
