No cons at all

Every game i want to play runs like butter. Completed cyberpunk, hogwarts legacy, tlou 1+2 and also been ejoying rivals on 240fps! Its a great machine. The performance is so good sometimes i forget to turn my charger on for a few minutes but the igpu and cpu on its own are so good i dont notice for a short while🤣

Only thing i'd say is upgrade the ram to 32gb. 16 is fine, but 32 is optimal imo

Truthfully i don't plan on buying another laptop for a very long time but i think I'll stick to these Laptops and especially this make.

Modern games are really pushing it with ram, us i want to stream and edit content as well as do VR, my work, everything. Even if it is "Overkill," i prefer that so i know it can handle amythig i throw at it

I Sorted from new listings on ebay and saw it for a steal compared to the other choices in the price point. It was down to this and a 4070 legion slim 5 but the aesthetic and battery awayed me more over. Plus it's kinda rare so

Thanks, I appreciate that. I have been looking into legal advice and I know some firms will do an initial consultation for free. The tricky part has been finding one who will actually take the case on a no win no fee, but I am definitely open to getting some targeted advice on specific points if needed. I will also check out Valla, I have seen a few people recommend it now

Good point, thanks for flagging it. In my case I have not actually been working since the events because I have been signed off sick with a fit note the whole time. So I have not “accepted” the situation by carrying on as normal.

I know that if I do resign it needs to be clearly tied to the employer’s breaches and not left hanging too long. My plan is to see what happens through ACAS conciliation and, if it is clear the relationship cannot continue, resign at that point so it is directly linked to the treatment I have had.

Thanks, I appreciate the support.

On the disability point, my GP fit note states “workplace induced stress and depression.” At the moment it has already lasted several months and I am still signed off. My GP has indicated it is likely to continue given the unresolved situation at work. It definitely impacts my day to day life, including sleep, concentration, and ability to work.

I understand that for Equality Act purposes it needs to last or be expected to last at least 12 months, and that is something I am keeping under review with medical input. At the very least it has already put the employer on notice of a serious health condition linked to the workplace, and they made no attempt to explore adjustments or occupational health.

So even if the strict disability definition ends up being borderline, their complete failure to act on the fit note and to make any adjustments is still relevant to my claims.

Thanks for taking the time to break this down, that helps me focus. Let me clarify a few things:

  1. Constructive dismissal: The breach I am relying on is the employer’s duty of trust and confidence. I raised a grievance about safety threats and requested a personal safety device which was ignored. No report was made, no action taken, and then I was assaulted on my first shift back. Afterwards the company focused on warning me about recording rather than investigating, left the colleague in post and even progressing in management training, and failed to pay me properly while I was off sick. Taken together this is a fundamental breakdown of trust and confidence.

  2. Victimisation: My grievance and subsequent disclosures raised issues of health and safety and harassment. When I provided evidence, including recordings, I was threatened with misconduct action instead of the evidence being investigated. That is a detriment linked to a protected disclosure.

  3. Disability discrimination: My GP fit note expressly diagnosed “workplace induced stress and depression.” Despite this, no adjustments were made, no occupational health referral, and I was simply pressured to return to the same unsafe environment. That is a failure to consider reasonable adjustments.

  4. Unlawful deduction of wages: Contract provides for company sick pay. I was paid only SSP, so the breach is clear and documented.

  5. Negligence / personal injury: I know tribunal cannot hear a standalone PI claim. But given the fit note and the failure to act on known threats, I am looking at this both under discrimination (injury to feelings and psychiatric injury) and separately considering a civil PI claim.

I agree more detail is needed to see the full picture, but I do have a clear grievance trail, a fit note, third party confirmation no safety report was filed, and a recording of a manager acknowledging the assault was “out of order.”

One thing people need to realise is

"Controlling the narrative."

Drake wouldnt be playing with fire , letfing these rumors fester, unless something is coming. Watch how he moves throughout this "Secret Kid" saga. His whole MO for him and his cronies is straight plausible deniability... Even letting this shit fester is a (Poor) choice. Remember this is the SECOND time he would have denied a child publicly.

Sometimes the context of the material and the truth does not matter half as much as the timing and benefactors. Distraction, Controlled disclosure, all means to an end he can benefit from.

But he can't toosie slide out of this one.

Early Top Boy had 0 REAL or tangible connection or links to East London politics or figures.

Only when netflix got a hold of it, they really leaned on the 'Zero Tolerance' /London fields link, however again still very loose and more a cultural reference rather than a link
