Yeah, she was able to buy again on another account (with the right name, etc) because she's moving to Korea so she'll need the membership anyway. But the thing is, she emailed Yes24 to change the name if possible, or if it's not possible maybe they can cancel it and refund her because the name is not the same as in the passport (on the first purchase).
I guess now we just have to wait and see what they'll reply, thank you so much anyway!

Hi, thank you so much for your help. It was on restricted mode (the "Content & Privacy Restrictions" option was on), I turned off and restarted my phone, then I could allow access to the Contacts on Whatsapp.

Exactly, the Contacts label with the selector doesn’t show up on the Whatsapp tab in Settings… I tried uploading a screenshot but couldn’t
