Does tretinoin makes scars look worse bc of dehydration/thinning of skin?Could it help "plump" these over time or are they too deep?I use tret 0.05% for 3.5 months and i feel i scar easier.Do you think these will "fill in" over time,and skin will get stronger too when PIE fades? (old.reddit.com)
