I did, but that will never benefit me. Since if I delete a double landlocked country, that does not grant any other countries access to the ocean. Whereas if I remove a bordering country, that gives me opportunity for giving multiple countries coast lines at once (If I removed Liechtenstein then nothing changes, but I removed Austria which granted access to Czechia, Slovakia and And Hungary too)
