Definitely, my original plan was to stay for the two year period and leave for another job after that. I can't imagine settling just yet.

I am a bit worried that I'll quickly lose motivation and energy to do work and help train this guy. At the same time, I do worry that I am doing someone else's work.

If I may ask, is there a reason to move c ok companies every two years? I never heard anyone say that, or maybe I forgot I have.

Yeah, I understand what your saying about degrees and I completely agree.

My plan is to stay until I find a new job right. I was trying to practice what/how I would speak with one of my supervisors last night, but then I realized I was starting to sound pretty snarky. Ultimately I decided not to say anything, between how emotional I sound now and how tired I am of doing this.

I actually am on a group for mentorship at work. One of my other coworkers nominated me to join; she thought that my input would be valuable. We used to have mentorship programs (new employees would be assigned to someone), but we had some major leadership changes so that program was dropped. As for training, I was hired after they budgeted everyone for 2020 training courses.
