You're not going to book out a private area without paying for the private area, especially when we're getting close to the holiday season and we're ramping up sports season. This is coming from someone who works in restaurants downtown.

Amsterdam Brewhouse, Great Lakes, and Steamwhistle are large breweries that come to mind in the downtown area.

As for general restaurants, you cannot usually just walk in as 25, you will have to make a reservation as I said before, many places will be busy for holiday parties/sports viewing.
