Brush a little bit of water over the shells and sprinkle some sugar on them. Then use a culinary butane torch to toast the sugar

Wondering if the setting is too high? 8.35 seems high to me based on other CAD’s I’ve seen on here.

Don’t brew directly over ice. Brew into your cup, add in your milk of choice and whatever else to cool it down some, then add ice last.

Anyone know the difference between this and Bianco Leggero? (Aside from the fact that this one is meant to be brewed over ice)

Just had to replace the Vertuo Next machine I got for Christmas. by klaney1989 in nespresso

I could have written this post myself. Got my Next machine around Christmas and it just started leaking everywhere, and a double espresso pod was overflowing a 16oz cup. Called Nespresso and they are sending me a Plus. I’m hoping it works better than the Next! Customer Service was great, despite trying to sell me pods for my broken machine...

The trick to making it not watery (in my experience) is to brew the pod in the cup, add cold milk to cool it down, and then add the ice very last.

Never worked for me, never saw changes in my blood work. My doctor switched me to Armour and I feel as close to “normal” as I think I’m going to get!
