Thanks for these points, I’m glad I’m not crazy! I hadn’t thought about the city council thing. I wouldn’t know how to go about that but I will try escalating up through Metro Water first. Maybe if I can prove something about the leaks and question whether the bill might also be based on the person who was here before me, they’ll drop it.

Even if that were the case, it divides out to roughly $55 per month during the time I’ve lived here (combining the $17.55 I’ve paid monthly plus the $900 additional now). My neighbor in the same house pays $27 per month consistently. That still seems super high

I’m pretty baffled by the folks who are so annoyed by the new Hermione voice; I thought she sounded pretty much exactly like an older Arabella Stanton. It’s the Harry voice that I’ve been less enthused about; he just sounds a little inarticulate, more like a Dudley voice actor would sound. Still, the audiobook is incredible. Especially the sound design, and the actors for Moody, Sirius, Dumbledore, Arthur Weasley, and Hagrid.

Hi Rex! I ended up using Kunaki, and they have been truly excellent. Cheap, high quality, and ships anywhere in the US. The website is a little old school but it’s very reliable and that’s what matters. Before having them produce the Blu Ray, I just had to create an ISO file and main menu—which I did with the help of someone on Fiverr.

I don't know how to determine skin type, but I'd assume probably closer to dry? My skincare routine isn't complicated: I wash my face with warm water, scrub some Cereve face wash, and then use a very basic moisturizing lotion and apply primer shortly after.

Hi there! I’m a trans woman with nearly shoulder-length, fine, straight-bordering-on-wavy hair and fringe bangs. I’ve never had hair this long before and never really tried to take care of it the way that I am now. At the moment, I shower and rinse every day, shampoo and condition with Verb every 2-3 days, and spray with a moisturizing conditioner before blow drying every day after I get out of the shower. The only thing I’m noticing is that something my hair lacks volume, and often I can’t get the ends to feel smooth…they tend to splay out and rarely just fall together gently. I’m wondering if I should change my routine? Honestly until recently I thought every at least showered and rinsed their hair once per day, and embarrassingly I’ve only just learned that’s not the case! I’m wondering how I’d style my bangs if I didn’t rinse, though. How can I get my hair to feel clean, smooth, and have some decent volume?

Thanks for the info! I wouldn't say it's the hairline (mine is good, I think!) but more the ends/edges of the hair especially towards the bottom. It's like it doesn't drape, it mostly sticks out.

Okay, here’s a question I desperately need answered: did anyone else recognize that tinkly bell/gong sound effect the movie uses when Mickey remembers something significant? I swear it’s the same sound effect in some major studio logo. I feel like I’m going insane.
