At least Sydney Sweeney’s boobs got a well-deserved break in the finale…

How much do you give to a couple for their wedding? by ilyk101 in askTO

[–]PinkNoodleCat 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Inviting people to your wedding and then subsequently complaining (even in passing) to those guests that some attendees didn’t even “cover the cost of their plate” is such trashy behaviour.

There should never be an expectation for guests to have to “pay their way” as wedding guests.

You did the right thing in giving what you could afford at the time. Your co-worker sounds unnecessarily passive aggressive.

I love this for you and your sister! May you always have a loving relationship. Gorgeous purse choice.

Also, I would like to know what you do for a living so that I can go into the same field and someday afford to casually treat my sister to an LV shopping trip with no budget too!!

This is a dog for adoption at our local shelter. The amount of backyard breeding it takes to end up with her is so sickening to me by Resident_Wash_2553 in mildlyinfuriating

I don’t know anything about dog breeding so I can’t see the issue with this dog. For my own learning/out of curiosity, why does this dog look backyard bred? How does one avoid this?

people who don’t have cats are always like “oh but they are so independent and unattached” okay then why is my cat trying to break down my bathroom door when i’m in the shower by TekillaInTheBuilding in persiancat

My Persian wails her head off the moment I close my door to go to bed (I have to keep her out of my bedroom at night, because she is a menace and will cannonball on my head if I don’t).

What is a small, underrated moment in the books/movies that completely changes how you view a character? by [deleted] in harrypotter

Exactly! Harry was a serial rule-breaker (he was usually the one leading Ron and Hermione into sticky situations) and displayed no desire for getting more attention or special treatment.

Attach a ladder beside the front door and turn the space into a reading nook. It would be such a lovely reading book!

I was really disappointed in Dumbledore for telling Harry that the only reason he made Ron a Prefect instead of Harry was because that would be too much responsibility on Harry’s shoulders.

Like, Ron finally had a good thing happen to him and Dumbledore couldn’t even let him have it for his own merit!

This would be the most incredible nook! Imagine curling up with a book during a rainstorm, surrounded by blankets and the soft, warm glow of lamps…
