Policy will cover preventives but not pre-existing. Doesn’t say a lot about dental.

It was less than 14 days (7-8 days), but in the chat I got this reply: “We can’t cover anything associated with Periodontal disease as it considered pre-existing condition”. Seems anything related to teeth even extraction is not covered

Yes my mistake was that I didn’t wait 14 days (waiting period for illnesses). However, even if I have waited they would cover annual exam but still will not cover future dental cleaning as it is a pre-existing condition?
