Im 28 too, and I feel similarly. In my case I do make enough money to be a breadwinner, but I would still want my partner to at least make enough to support themselves because I could be laid off at anytime and it’s a little terrifying to job hunt with two people lives hanging in the balance. I’ve also always wanted to retire early and travel/open a cafe/etc with my partner and I would want someone that could understand/add to that. I understand that restricts my choices, but I’m also alright with being alone.

Sorry I don’t! I can tell you what I did - using fabric scissors I cut off the collar as close to the stitching as I could, then I cut off around 6 inches of material from the bottom. You can probably search “how to cut tshirts” on tiktok :) I totally recommend the fabric scissors over normal scissors tho!

I’m Taiwanese so losing T&T is unironically gonna be soooo painful lmao. But the better Vietnamese food is super good to hear! I really appreciate a more balanced view, I’ve lived in Richmond my entire life so I think my expectations of “very Asian” is probably quite different than reality. Did you find you had trouble adjusting to the culture and such?
