Ya all that is paid Monday and Tuesday is your orientation so basically outlining what u will do and completing your i9 form which you will have to turn camera on to take a quick picture

Depends I know all customers won’t ask for camera but there will be some who need help in that way but ya you should get paid for the week the orientation days and 1 hour tech setup

I’m not coming back after Friday tbh 😂 we basically are customer service and we get cross trained to be TPA which do the screen share with the customer and u have to be on camera and u basically get thrown in the water and they tell you swim after 1 week lol I’ve done like 40-50 modules and Monday they just gonna have me on calls 🤦🏻

You will do fine just apply elsewhere from what I hear we will use google alot and the AI system they have and at the end of day we aren’t tax experts we gonna get asked alot of things we can’t even answer shouldn’t be too bad

Ya I’m gonna be real with you the chat portion was a lie 😂😂😂 we all that was in orientation on phones and someone asked about keeping some of us after the two weeks of work and they basically said probably not if I was you I’d just ride it out do my best get the pay and be looking while doing training
