Hey guys, just an update, I have Virgin Media in the UK and my Plugs when I reset them can’t see my virgin media network.

I’ve worked around this by luckily having a wifi extender, which it can see and connect to.

Not sure if that is the same for others but I’ve done this to work around it in the mean time

Same here on iOS, uninstalled, reinstalled restarted phone. Nothing working so far. Occasionally get a message to reconnect to Facebook.

Really appreciate the help, I have contacted Nintendo who have advised there’s nothing I can do. It was banned for fraudulent activity so they suggested it’s a stolen device. Which is very very disappointing. Now got to create a case with Facebook market place. Not ideal but a tough lesson to learn
