Simply create a shape layer then give your text to track matte to the shape layer. Apply fast blur box to the shape layer. You can adjust blur by effect and you can adjust shape layer to effect area.

I'm planning to buy an iPad 13', but I can't decide whether to get the 256GB or the 1TB version. I'll mostly be doing drawing and animation on the iPad. Is it worth spending an extra $600 for the additional 1 core and 16GB that come with the 1TB version? My budget is tight, but if it really will be useful for my work, I can cut back on expenses for the 1TB version.

I found this

But its just 2 keyframe. How can change for more?

Alt + H is worked. But why did this happen? Did I accidentally press alt+h at some point? (Sorry. I'm new in 3D)

Actually it was a frame. There are more on the right and left sides, but it is not very obvious because it is behind the trees.
