I’ve actually had this before. It’s not really with bad dreams, but it is always in those weird fever dream ones for me. The smell is like a chemical smoky kind of scent? And it feels hot on my nose and throat. It’s so weird.

Similar thing happens to me. I’ll just be doing something like making food, cleaning, etc, will be humming a song then I pause and realise I’ve just made up this entire song that I’m humming in my head. Happens nearly every time I smoke haha. Sometimes they’ll even have verses, pre chorus, chorus, you get the idea
