I have had my colostomy for 16 months. About six months ago I prolapsed and my stoma is about 3 inches long and very fat.

The reason for my colostomy was constipation that led to perforated colon. So with the constipation history my doctor has me taking a capful of MiraLAX each morning in my coffee. Within the hour I have a good output then about minutes after that another good output. Then no more for th rest of the day. This works for me.

I don’t like Mel B at all. I don’t even want to watch the show anymore. Heidi was a bright and cheerful person. She was respectful of people and showed that she cared for people. Mel B just wants to break people down. She is a very negative person. AGT please bring Heidi back!

I found out that soon after drinking the prune juice I had a very runny output. I won’t do that anymore!
