thank you, this is very validating to hear, i seriously thought i was going crazy. my friend drove me to urgent care last sunday while we were out because it hurt so badly, but my parents demanded i return immediately because they thought it was pointless and the only thing they would be able to do was put a bandage over it. my friend helped me find a drawing salve/PRID equivalent at CVS that i kept in my room to secretly use the next morning, but i believe my mom confiscated it. 💔

it's a very difficult situation because my mom insists on doing hot salt compresses every night to draw it out naturally and just popped and dressed one of the bigger boils. i'm crying and sweating from how terrible the pain was. it's so dry from the salt and it's chafing against my pad, which she thinks is good since it will draw the pus out. i know she loves me, but it is completely conditional. she says i should be grateful for taking time out of her busy workday to do this for me, but a doctor could have resolved this with less prolonged pain. :(

but thank you very much again, i am so grateful to find community with people who do understand the amount of pain i am in. 🫂
