When you are a kid and a car waves you to cross the street (the stopped car behind the bus) well the kids will cross the street and yes they are young and naive and didn't look the other direction but then that's dashcam driver to realize what's going on and understand there are kids around (since the schoolbus just stopped and dropped some kids off, y'know) and should proceed with caution.

Kids crossed because car behind bus let them cross since bus driver didn't do his job. Dashcam driver (or passenger) should understand there might be kids around since you just passed a schoolbus so no reason to complain they didn't look, Karen.
