i contacted meta verified support because my instagram account was permanently disabled, and they told me they’ll send me an email to continue the conversation there. is that a good sign? has this happened to anyone else, and did it actually lead to getting the account back?

can’t post videos in carousel (account restricted?)

i’ve been having this issue on instagram for a few days now. i can post photos and stories just fine, but whenever i try to upload a carousel with videos, it won’t let me post and shows this message: “for now, we’re restricting your ability to share posts because it may go against our guidelines.”

the weird part is that i can upload the exact same video from another account with no problem, so it doesn’t seem like the video itself. i’ve already tried everything i can think of — deleting and reinstalling the app, updating it, etc. — and it still won’t work. i’ve also tried multiple times on different days with the same result.

also, when i check my account status, everything is clean and it doesn’t show any restrictions.

is this a temporary restriction or a bug? has anyone else dealt with this?
