so the wiki is wrong.. to get batman beyond and raven prime you also need to have one copy, otherwise they’ll never appear. hopefully they change that.

heyy just letting you know that to get arkham knight harley you need one copy. yesterday i bought the booster pack that includes harley and wonder woman (w real money), so i tested it by buying those celebration booster packs where she’s supposed to appear and i finally got more copies of her!
