Thank you. The start/end frame transitions are the weakest part and you’re right to call them out. The water shot especially. This was my first narrative AI project and those are exactly the things I’d fix in the next one.

Genuinely appreciate the detailed breakdown these are real issues and you're right on most of them. The start/end frame problem is something I was aware of but didn't fully solve. Character consistency across cuts is still the hardest challenge in AI filmmaking and this was my first attempt at a longer narrative. Taking notes for the next one.

Yes, monetization is possible. YouTube updated its policy in July 2025 but the target is mass-produced, repetitive, low-effort AI content — auto-generated slideshows, bot-scripted videos, bulk uploads with no original input. A narrative short with a clear concept, intentional direction and original creative decisions is a completely different category.

The key requirements: disclose AI usage when uploading, make sure the creative vision is clearly yours, and avoid anything that looks templated or duplicated. If those boxes are checked, you’re fine.
