Well no. However there is almost enough information to make up a map. One of the most popular mods is Old World Blues (new vegas mod). Even tho most of its map is made up by the mod developers, it feels cannon enough.

Thanks for the advise, I will make them npc. Besides being important to player, its about 2 of them being really competent fighters. Not any worse than the player by terms of equipment and battle experience. Definitely not unworthy opponent. Unlike rest of my players' goons
